The stable version of FX3 image file can be downloaded from this location (FX3 build# 53 for production version of Gen 3 camera).
If things go real bad during an FX3 firmware upgrade and all attempts and loading a functional binary image onto the camera the last resort is to download Cypress's Control Center utility and follow the instructions.
The most current Windows driver is available on Microsoft's automatic Windows Update and is downloaded and installed onto your Windows PC once the SUB2r camera is simply plugged into the functioning USB port
