Windows driver page with a link to download the driver itself as a .zip file
1. Unzip the package
2. right-click on the cyusb3 file which displays its type as Setup Information (or has an .inf extension if you have those enabled to be displayed) and select Install
3. Confirm the Open operation
4. Make sure the Publisher is shown as SUB2r and proceed with the installation
5. Now you have the driver installed
~~Download and install VC++ 2017 redistributable for 64-bit from Microsoft's site (if you don't have this installed the SUB2r control center will silently(!) fail to launch with no error message)~~
