In order to access the camera's non-UVC interface (say via SUB2r control center) you'd need to install the included driver.
Currently the driver is only supported on 64-bit Windows 10 any edition. Minimal supported version is 1511 (build 10586) which was released November 10, 2015 with the official MS's support ending October 10, 2017. That means that as of this writing any 64-bit Windows 10 out there is supported as-is with no need to worry about the exact version.
The driver itself is a digitally signed “Driver package” for Windows 10 and is based on Cypress's SDK/DDK.
